We welcome dogs and cats at a maximum full grown weight limit of fifty pounds. Breed Restrictions do apply, so please contact the leasing office for specific details on the breed restrictions.
We allow two pets per apartment home.
There is a $300.00 Pet Deposit Per Pet, a $350.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee Per Pet and a Monthly Pet Rent charge of $25.00 Per Pet.
Yes, the property has a dog park.
